Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At Ganga Silver, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below to understand the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed.


1. Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of successful delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery

  • Perfumes and candles

  • Silver coins and utensils

  • Religious idols (God idols)

Third-Party Purchases

If a Ganga Silver product is purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, or authorized resellers, the return and refund policy of that platform will apply.

Shipping Fees

  • Any shipping fee charged during the original purchase is non-refundable.


2. Return Process

  • Returns can be initiated through our website or by contacting Customer Support.

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.

  • Customers must ensure availability and respond to courier partner communication.

  • Failure to cooperate (missed pickups or unanswered calls) may result in cancellation, requiring the return request to be re-initiated.

PIN Code Limitations

  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable for a specific PIN code, customers may be requested to ship the product via India Post or an alternate courier.

  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹70.

  • Any excess amount will be deducted from the final refund.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • If any item is returned incomplete or missing, including complimentary items (such as free gifts or silver coins), Ganga Silver reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Customers may opt for replacement or exchange, subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

  • Replacements will be processed only after the originally delivered product has been successfully picked up or received at our facility.


5. Special Cases

Missing or Empty Parcels

  • Claims related to missing items or empty parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • In the absence of sufficient evidence or in cases of suspected tampering, Ganga Silver reserves the right to reject the claim at its sole discretion.


6. Right to Refuse Refund or Exchange

  • Ganga Silver reserves the sole right to inspect returned products.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with this policy.
